Overall Purpose of the post of Venues Coordinator
Manage a wide range of conference and event bookings at Oxford Brookes University and be responsible for delivering all aspects of service provision, ensuring the highest customer service standards are maintained. Manage customer and stakeholder relationships from contract through to post event feedback, taking the initiative to secure new and repeat bookings and make a significant contribution to meeting financial targets.
Qualifications and Experience for the post of Venues Coordinator

Qualifications: A degree or equivalent. A qualification in hospitality or event management is desirable
Experience required for post:
● Experience of working in a busy customer-focused office environment
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and to meet deadlines
● Experience of communicating effectively with people at all levels and working as a member of a team or own initiative
Working hours for the post of Venues Coordinator :
This is a full-time contracted post to work 5 out of 7 days. Flexible working patterns, including weekend work, will be required.
