HR Administrator
About you:
We’re seeking an Administrator to join our HR team and make a tangible impact on our colleagues, customers, and organisation. You will assist the HR department by providing confidential administration support in areas such as Recruitment & Selection and Learning & Development.
The right person for this role will be a strong administrator with preferably a background in HR or Recruitment. They will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised, and thrive within a fast-paced environment. The right person will have excellent IT skills and be confident in keeping up-to-date records in the HR database.
Your responsibilities:
1. End to end recruitment activities from posting job ads, overseeing shortlisting and arranging interviews
2. Clearance process for new starts including reference, compliance, medical checks, etc.
3. Booking and coordinating staff training
4. Preparing training certificates
5. Assisting with new starters and leavers
6. Supporting with onboarding and inductions
7. Managing the shared HR and Recruitment inbox
