Role Overview
Full time position supporting the central Rural Professional Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing full administrative support
* Undertaking due diligence enquiries such as Land Registry, planning and comparable information searches
* Preparing draft Valuation reports
* Raising fee accounts and maintaining debtor management for the team
* Dealing directly with clients, over the telephone, taking messages and occasionally face to face
* Diary management, including internal and external meetings, travel and hotel bookings when required
* Processing all instructions in a accurate and timely manner
* Updating and/or producing schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, reports and correspondence
* Assisting with general administration within the office
Key Skills
* Strong proof reading and attention to detail skills are essential to this role
* Proven organisational skills
* Excellent time management
* Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure
* Accurate typing skills
* Reliable and able to handle confidential matters
* Strong written and verbal communication skills both within Savills and externally with clients
