Your Role
As a Fleet Leasing Consultant / Business Development Manager, your strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships will be vital. Our consultative approach places the customer’s best interests at the forefront, ensuring we deliver excellent service every time.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Team to develop and maintain a portfolio of Business and Private clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business standards while achieving pre-determined targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Qualify and Handle New Business Enquiries: Engage potential clients and identify their needs.
2. Identify Funding and Vehicle Options: Recommend suitable and affordable solutions.
3. Assist with Vehicle Sourcing: Collaborate with key suppliers and partners to meet customer requirements.
4. Manage Customer Relationships: Follow established processes for follow-up and CRM.
5. Optimize Renewals and Retention: Drive end-of-contract renewals and enhance customer loyalty.
6. Meet KPIs and Business Objectives: Contribute to team success through goal-oriented efforts.
7. Attend Networking and Training Events: Foster connections and enhance your skills.
8. Resolve Customer Complaints: Provide first-stage resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Leasing Industry Experience: You’ll already have a proven track record within the vehicle leasing sector – ideally with experience in a Leasing Broker.
2. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.
3. Value Articulation: Skill in clearly conveying the benefits of our offerings.
4. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
5. Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and drive your success.
6. Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
