Contract Salary: NJC Grade D - SCP 7-11 (£25,584 - £27,269 per annum)

Working within a small specialised team you will assist in managing and maintaining the Council’s HR systems and HR data, including that of important customers such as other Councils, Academies/Schools, and other organisations.
Primarily you will support the team by assisting system users, providing advice and guidance and validating system data. As your knowledge grows you will assist in providing management information and ensuring system security.
The ideal post holder must possess:
1. Strong ICT skills, with experience of Microsoft office products, and comfortable learning to work on bespoke systems.
2. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
3. An eye for detail and act in a confidential manner, particularly in relation to handling and transposing personal data.
4. Confidence and ability to communicate effectively with system users.
