Your Purpose
Leads the category management team across multiple categories (Sausage & Plant Based) as part of the wider Category function. Leads a strong opportunity focused culture (R&Os) through the team, focuses the team on the priority opportunities, provides the tools and supports the team to deliver against these.
The Controller and team are responsible for end-to-end category management from insight generation and opportunity identification through to partnering with customers and executing in the market.
Your Responsibilities Builds and levels up collaborative and independent relationships with key customer stakeholders to become a trusted partner.
Achieves through others, driving an opportunity focused culture and empowering the team to deliver business and category wins.
Develops stretching compelling and actionable Category Visions to fuel growth in our categories. Embed these with our customers and internally to drive thought leadership and drive positive change in the market.
Lead the functional and behavioural development of direct reports/team.
