While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

What role will you play?
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will support the Macquarie Capital business in EMEA by delivering an ambitious people agenda that aligns with the broader commercial strategy. You will build professional partnerships with the business and central HR functions to recommend, design, and deliver solutions across the employee lifecycle with an outcomes and commercially focused approach. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and delivery of strategic initiatives across Macquarie Capital EMEA.
What you offer
* A driven and self-motivated approach with prior effectiveness in a highly matrixed, international environment
* Strong communication and decision-making skills, with a successful track record in a similar role within investment banking, global markets, or an entrepreneurial, high-growth, international business
* Experience in the UK market, with exposure to other European countries being strongly desirable
* The ability to provide dedicated guidance and coaching to numerous businesses within Macquarie Capital EMEA
* A proactive approach to addressing HR and people needs to support the trajectory of the group.

Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) provides a single interface for Macquarie’s businesses across key areas of people, strategy, communications and financial management. It is responsible for managing the Group’s financial, tax and treasury activities and strategic priorities, fostering our culture through people and community engagement strategies, and engaging with stakeholders to protect and promote Macquarie’s reputation globally.
