You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules. You should be capable of ensuring the site has a reputation for its high-quality soft services and where possible to look for opportunities to develop this further. You must build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. You must always adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. You will be capable of working to their own initiative where appropriate. You be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude. You must have ability to work to a schedule, be a team player and must strive for continuous improvements in service delivery. The ideal candidate would have a cleaning experience however training can be provided. You should have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie. Main Duties The role requires successful completion of all necessary training to deliver cleaning duties effectively. The individual will work both within a team and independently, ensuring adherence to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures. The designated area must be maintained at an agreed level of cleanliness, in line with the contract and relevant SLAs. The cleaning tasks, including daily, weekly, and periodic activities, should be carried out as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor. The service must be delivered efficiently and to a high standard, with all cleaning equipment kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order. Any maintenance issues identified during cleaning tasks should be promptly reported. Security must always be maintained, ensuring doors are locked and lost property procedures are followed. The individual should have full knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including the work specifications and time allocations for the facilities. A complete working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie is also necessary. The individual should set a good example in terms of dress, behavior, punctuality, and attendance. It is essential to adhere to all Safeguarding Policies and raise any concerns in line with Mitie's policies. Confidentiality of sensitive information must always be maintained. The role also involves building positive and productive working relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and constantly seeking ways to improve and exceed expectations. Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs, provided they are within the job holder's capabilities.
