We are seeking an experienced PPC Specialist who will take full ownership of ad campaigns for a Redditch based business where paid advertising is a key part of their growth strategy. On offer is a salary of between £32,000 and £35,000 plus performance based bonus scheme, office or hybrid working and the opportunity to be part of some very exciting growth plans for a company that has grown substantially and offers a range of unique products.
As the PPC Specialist you will need to be data-driven, results focused and experienced in scaling paid ads profitably. You will be managing Google, Amazon and TikTok ads, exploring Facebook ads as a potential growth channel and be very much focused on return on ad spend, conversions and profitability.
As the PPC Specialist you will be responsible for:
* Planning, launching and managing paid ad campaigns across Amazon, Google and TikTok.
* Monitoring key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC and CTR etc.,) and optimising performance.
* Scaling ads to ensure winning campaigns and eliminating waste spend.
* A/B testing different ad creatives, headlines and landing pages to determine which is the winning ad for the business.
* Identifying high intent keywords and audience segments to improve targeting.
* Testing and expanding the ad channels used by experimenting with Facebook ads as well as testing new audiences, creatives and campaign types.
* Keeping up with platform updates and industry trends to ensure the business stays ahead of its competitors.
* Working with the content team to improve ad creatives and video performance.
* Testing and refining landing pages to improve conversion rates.
* Optimising Amazon product listings and PPC campaigns for maximum visibility and sales.
* Allocating ad spending effectively across platforms and aiming to maximise profitability.
* Producing weekly performance reports, insights and recommendations.
* Forecasting ad spend versus revenue projections based on both trends and past performance.
To be considered as the PPC Specialist you will need to be:
* A Paid Ads Specialist with proven experience of Amazon Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and ideally Facebook Ads and Meta Business Suite.
* A data-driven Marketer with a strong understanding of ad performance metrics and optimisation strategies.
* Creative and analytical with the ability to test and refine ad creatives while making your decisions based on data.
* Growth orientated, always looking for new opportunities to improve ROAS and to expand reach.
* An E-Commerce specialist.
