* Manage bookkeeping and accounts preparation for a range of clients.
* Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts, financial statements and self assessment tax returns.
* Prepare VAT returns, manage submissions and ensure compliance.
* Support the payroll function for clients.
* Support with Administration duties for the team.
* Liaise with clients and HMRC regularly to address any queries, provide updates and deliver professional advice.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounting practice environment is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong experience using the Xero accounting software.
* Ability to work the Microsoft Packages to a high degree.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
