Role Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, implementing HR policies, and supporting the growth and development of our workforce. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our people strategy aligns with the company's ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Oversee the recruitment, on boarding, and retention processes to attract and maintain top-tier talent.
* Manage performance appraisal systems and drive employee engagement programs.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry-specific regulations.
* Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
* Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and career development.
* Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to enhance workplace diversity.
* Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 2 + years experience as a HR manager
* Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the aerospace, engineering, or technology sectors.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
