Job Description
Due to Continued Growth and Development, Premier Recruit are currently looking for a Field Support Administrator to join our team and work within one of the UK's largest independent Water and Wastewater Solutions and Service Companies.
The ideal candidate for this role will need to be capable of working efficiently supporting the team and Field Managers. They must be able to take initiative with their workload and manage their time effectively within the various day to day tasks. This role will require you to work as part of the team and assist with administrational duties. Also, you will need to have high attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Duties to Include (But Not Limited To)
* Submissions of hours worked and Payroll
* Submission of on call rota for Payroll
* Managing the admin duties with regard to engineers holiday pay
* Ensuring the regional calendar is up to date
* Generating staff sickness reports
* Note taking during disciplinaries
* Overseeing the filing of a range of Human Resource Documents
* Any other admin duties as required
Requirements
* Must Have your own Transport as the office location is not on a bus or Train Route
* Excellent computer skills
* Some administrational experience
This role will be a 12 week Temp to perm position.
The Package following the 12 week temporary period will be
* Hours Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm (1 Hour Lunch) 37.5 Hours
