Sitting within business analyst community and working collaboratively with business stakeholders and other change roles, this role will use analytical expertise to shape and produce valuable analysis artefacts and support the successful delivery of the change portfolio. We are looking for people passionate about analysis that demonstrate the value of the business analysis practice through their contribution, bringing fresh ideas and driving the continuous improvement culture within the Change team. Working with project managers and business stakeholders you will select the most appropriate means of representing business requirements in the context of a specific change initiative and be responsible for the delivery of business requirements. Involving requirements scoping, estimating analysis effort and performing requirements elicitation, documentation, process analysis/design and data analysis/design as appropriate. Working collaboratively on the programme/project you will manage your own work, being conscious of risks and issues, escalating where appropriate and supporting with resolution as required. Throughout project/programme delivery you will be focused on business outcomes, ensuring that analysis work packages are aligned to expected benefits with full traceability and supporting the impact assessment of requested changes, escalating where you spot any deviations that impact the business case outcomes. With support and direction, you will work with the business stakeholders to help analyse and shape new ideas and initiatives into business models and business cases. This will include performing cost and benefit analysis, assisting with the creation of operating model pictures, option papers and feasibility studies. Where appropriate you will support less experienced analysts, providing guidance on deliverables, coaching and mentoring. You will be an active member of the business analyst community of practice, sharing knowledge, ideas and supporting the continuous improvement of business analysis artefacts to improve ways of working and analysis outputs. About You Candidates with experience using business, process and data analysis techniques, are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone with experience across the change lifecycle working on projects, who is hands-on, collaborative, with an ability to manage a varied and changing workload. Ideally you will possess strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage conflicts. As well as solid interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
