Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Homecare Partnership Lead to join us in our UK & Ireland team, to be field based covering the entire UK & Ireland About the role As the Homecare Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for the daily operational management and oversight of UCB partnerships within the homecare sector. This national role involves close collaboration with HCP customers, the field force Healthcare and Access Partner, Medical Scientific Liaison, Patient Support Program partners, Network Leads teams, and our homecare vendor providers. Effective homecare account management is crucial for identifying areas for improvement, whether it be enhancing patient materials, nurse triaging, or resolving vendor service issues. Who you’ll work with Reporting to the Commercial Head for the UK and Ireland, you will lead the management of Homecare within the affiliate. Beyond operational management, you will ensure that all homecare services for all medicines are delivered to the highest quality, ensuring homecare operational excellence. This non-promotional, field-based role will be a core partner with the patient experience team internally. What you’ll do Manage and ensure the optimal high-quality delivery of all homecare services for all medicines. Ensure each homecare service delivers value to patients, the NHS, and UCB, resolving any issues promptly. Account manage all homecare providers, ensuring they meet agreed commercial and NHS KPIs. Collaborate closely with the Patient Experience team to ensure consistency, share insights, and best practices across all homecare programs, and deliver a unified vision for Homecare management across UCB UK and Ireland. Lead the quarterly Homecare Governance Committee to ensure all homecare programs are executed with excellence according to approved local work instructions, governance frameworks, and homecare contractual agreements. Escalate any critical operational issues to relevant internal stakeholders. Interested?
