As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle. Identifying and converting new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and support the growth of the business. This will primarily involve researching, prospecting, and securing contracts with ‘Ideal Clients’ for Paragon’s core service lines: commercial print, web-to-print, warehouse, and fulfilment services.
This is a full-time permanent contract, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. On successful completion of probation this can be a hybrid role, 3 days based onsite and 2 optional work from home days.

What will your role as a Business Development Manager involve?
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for: -
* Ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved against budget through business development related activity.
* Researching and identifying new business opportunities.
* Generating leads via cold call/contact, networking and the use of social media.
* Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline targeting customers suitable for the business.
* Maximising all revenue opportunities through the cross selling.
* Maintaining an up-to-date record of prospects and contacts, activity and opportunities via CRM system
What do you need to be successful in this role?
* Experienced working in a similar role, ideally selling commercial print, web-to-print, warehouse, and fulfilment services
* Have the ability to sell both commodity products and solutions led
* Tenacity and resilience in order to qualify leads and prospects
* A problem solver that naturally looks for solutions for customers.
* Confident in using your initiative to prioritise and organise your work.
* A great communicator.
