About the Role -
Please note this is a three month role, starting immediately
The Marketing Executive will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to support the implementation of BHUK’s marketing plans and strategic projects.
As a team player, they will be responsible for assisting the Marketing team by administering various key processes in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial and supportive role in a wide range of marketing activities and take ownership of internal meetings and events from a logistics and management perspective.
For the right candidate, this role would be an ideal development opportunity to further a career in Marketing within BHUK. This position would be ideal for a candidate with a science degree, who may also have completed an internship within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the organisation and development of marketing and advertising promotional activities
2. Provide fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of materials
3. Collate quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns so that the Marketing team can analyse and report on the basis of this data
4. Perform market analysis and research regarding our competitors and report the findings to the Marketing team
5. Support the Marketing team in daily administrative tasks
6. Assist in preparing presentations
7. Manage the life cycle tracking process of marketing materials
8. Manage the approval process of specific tasks through the team’s internal processes
9. Organise internal meetings and manage event logistics, liaising with external venues as needed
10. Support the Sales team with their event management requirements when needed
About You
1. Degree level education preferably within marketing, business or communications
2. Previous work experience preferable or sandwich year experience
3. Ability to navigate and utilise the Microsoft software packages to the full, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as familiarity with database software
