Following sustained growth and significant recent investment this bespoke electronics business, renowned for its exceptional five-star customer reviews and a loyal UK-wide client base, are entering an exciting new phase — so are now seeking a Head of Business Development to define and lead its future growth strategy.
The Role:
This is a senior-level opportunity for a commercially driven, forward-thinking business developer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment. You’ll play a critical role in shaping strategic direction while directly influencing growth outcomes across the business.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will bring both insight and innovation to refine the business development function and sales process — leveraging data and analytics to drive scalable improvements.

Requirements:
* Must have experience selling bespoke electronic solutions
* Proven experience in business development within the commercial/industrial electronics sector
* Strong track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies
* Data-driven approach with a passion for using analytics to enhance sales effectiveness
* Natural collaborator with the confidence to influence at leadership level

Key Responsibilities:
