Your new role
As a General Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
2. Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally
3. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
4. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
5. Assist with data entry and record-keeping
6. Provide support to different departments as needed
7. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
8. Maintain a clean and organised office environment
9. Other administrative duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you must have the following:
10. Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Strong organisational and time-management abilities
