Main Purpose of Job Data Entry:
To carry out administrative duties for Customers
Responsible to:
Administration Manager
Maternity cover - fixed 1 year data entry role, possibility to go permanent after contract fulfilled
Start date would be End of May/start of June 2025
£27,000, hours 9am - 4.30pm Monday -Friday and fully office based
Main Tasks of Job: Training will be given in handover period
Administration
* Set up customer accounts on 3rd party systems/portals to ensure access to Customer data in a timely manner
* Set up customer physical meters on to the system
* Acquire utility data (e.g. HH Data, ECOES, Calorific Values), invoices and credits from 3rd parties
* Enter utility data, invoices and credits onto the system
* Audit utility invoices and credits for approval to be paid by customer
* Prepare utility data (e.g. HH data, ECOES, Calorific Values) for upload on to the system
* Prepare and update invoice and audit reports as required
* Appoint meter Data Aggregators and Data Collectors as required
* Prepare, send and update records of monthly contract termination requests to relevant suppliers
* Prepare evidence packs for site closures
* Prepare ad hoc reports as necessary
* Maintain accurate and complete customer records, both electronically and physical copies (e.g. LOA's, copy contracts)
* Create and update as required methods of work/procedures for all job tasks
Communicating to relevant internal parties any updates in methods of work e.g. changes to a job process
