Key Duties:
1. Handling all legal matters in EMEA.
2. Drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts.
3. Managing or assisting with disputes and claims.
4. Ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
5. Supporting M&A transactions, joint ventures, and reorganizations.
6. Managing trademarks and IP matters.
7. Assisting with compliance on anti-bribery, corruption, and sanctions.
8. Collaborating on strategic projects with internal teams.
9. Planning and delivering training programs for the business.
10. Managing external legal advisors and monitoring legal expenses.
To be considered for this role you need a strong background in general commercial contracts. Additional experience in data privacy, employment, or litigation is highly desirable.
