Remuneration: up to £65,000 (dependent on experience) - plus £1000 working from home allowance
Contract Type: 1 x Permanent/ Full time - 40 hours per week
1 x Maternity Cover (up to 12 months FTC)/ Full Time – 40 hours per week
Location: Home-based/various meeting locations as required

Job Summary
The Technical Business Analyst will play a key role in shaping our future. This role will help the organisation plan and prioritise effectively while identifying and supporting digital experience improvements for our patients—critical for scaling our business.
Sitting within the Operations & Commercial team, reporting to the Head of Business Change, Transformation & Planning and working closely with Tech Dev, Data, Product (Pathway), and Clinical teams, as well as collaborating more broadly across the organisation.
This is a home-based role (applicants must reside in the UK), though occasional travel may be required for face-to-face meetings at various locations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Responsible for understanding, documenting, and analysing business requirements. Translating those requirements into technical analysis and functionality for projects
2. Partner with Patient Pathway leads to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
3. Responsible for the documentation of the new software changes and new business processes
4. Support the testing phases of projects and lead the facilitation of acceptance testing
5. Work closely with project stakeholders of all levels
6. Manage new system releases including monitoring of system changes, issue reporting and issue resolution
7. Contribute to IT governance including the management of change requests and the creation/execution of repeatable project and support processes
8. Create and maintain user support documentation
9. Support analysis in the support of business applications including in critical incidents
10. Produce change analysis including impact assessment, process maps, stakeholder identification and management as well as business readiness and risk assessment
Person Specification
We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail, who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organisation to drive meaningful change.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering Digital/IT improvements
2. Able to demonstrate following relevant governance and compliance processes
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to liaise with senior stakeholders
4. Proven analytical ability and business judgement
5. Experience of software development processes and the development lifecycle
6. A history of promoting process improvement within the business
Desirable Experience and Skills:
1. A strong understanding of business processes, preferably in Healthcare applications
