Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Facities Manager to lead a team of workplace hosts and create a welcoming, efficient, and inspiring environment for all employees and visitors. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the workplace, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service and facilities management are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of workplace hosts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
* Be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
* Act as the client’s representative, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Oversee the workplace environment, ensuring the space is clean, well-maintained, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere.
* Manage office resources and services, including reception, meeting room bookings, and catering.
* Ensure effective communication between teams and client representatives to proactively address any concerns or requirements.
* Drive the implementation of workplace initiatives to enhance the overall employee and visitor experience.
* Handle any workplace-related queries or issues with a positive and solutions-focused approach.
Ideal Candidate:
* Background: A proven background in retail, customer service, or facilities management is highly desirable.
* Experience: Previous experience in managing teams and client-facing roles is essential.
* Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. A proactive, can-do attitude is key.
* Attitude: A welcoming and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional experience for clients and visitors.
* Client-Facing: Comfortable working in a client-facing role, building strong relationships and being the face of the workplace.
