We are working with a leading UK-based company offering a diverse range of authentic World Food and Drink products, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We are supporting them to find an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our B2B Customer Services and Internal Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team while driving performance and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the team to meet sales and profit goals.
* Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient processes.
* Communicate promotions, handle customer queries, and process orders accurately.
* Support stock management and assist with training.
* Resolve customer issues promptly and proactively onboard new customers.
* Monitor team performance, KPIs, and prepare necessary reports.
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally 5+ years’ experience in internal sales and customer service.
* Ideally 2 years of supervisory experience.
* Ideally proven experience within the FMCG industry
* GCSEs (Grade B in English and Maths) or equivalent.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and effective time management.
