Team Coordinator
We are a small headhunting team in London focussing on delivering exceptional talent to world-class systematic trading companies. As we grow, we are looking to make our first hire in operations; finding someone who can optimise productivity, coordinate processes and drive efficiency. This is a critical hire as we head towards a significant period of growth.
Responsibilities
The main areas of focus for this role will be:
Process
- Improvements to our current processes
- Updates on candidates and clients
- Using a variety of communication channels for candidate and client outreach
Data
- Recording and preparing highly confidential data
- Keeping up-to-date with industry news and insight
- Regularly scheduling internal meetings to coordinate our use of data
Administration
- Office management including bookings, contracts, expenses
- Accounting and business management including invoicing and commission
- Assistance with financial planning
This is a diverse role in which the right candidate will identify any and all areas that can be positively optimised and made more efficient.
Requirements
The right individual for this role will be someone who is highly organised, extremely proactive, eloquent (both written and verbal) and someone who relishes taking initiative. To that end – previous demonstrable experience in optimising processes, driving efficiency and coordinating operations is a fundamental requirement.
We are open to individuals from all industries, but experience within recruitment would be an additive bonus.
The base salary for this role will be between £35,000-£45,000 with opportunity for a significant end-of-year bonus.
We are an office-based company working three days a week from Liverpool St, one day a week in Mayfair and one day a week from home.
