The successful Quantity Surveyor will gain experience in the core areas of Quantity Surveying, particularly:
* Cost management, ensuring that the project remains within budget.
* Providing alternative solutions with restricted budgets.
* Contract Administration.
* Providing a personal service to well-established clients.
You will be working in multiple sectors, which will include both public and private.
This role is very much about succession planning; for the right Quantity Surveyor, this is an opportunity to advance to a senior level within the business.
REQUIREMENTS
About the requirements:
* The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have a strong understanding of the role of a Quantity Surveyor within a Consultancy environment.
* A RICS accredited degree would be preferable.
* A desire to become chartered through RICS or already chartered.
* Exceptional client-facing skills are essential, as is the ability to interact with all manner of stakeholders at all levels.
