Beston Plumbing is a well-established Plumbing and Drainage company, founded in 1989 and quickly gained a reputation for servicing some of the largest residential builders in Melbourne, currently employing in excess of 100 employees servicing residential home builders.
This is a fast-paced and hands-on Customer Service and Business Support role. Within this role, you will be reporting to the Scheduler Team Leader whilst working closely with on-site supervisors, tradespeople, and administration.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Responding to Emails
* Preparing and Filing Delivery Dockets & warehouse paperwork
* Completing Bookings from Clients
* Assisting the scheduling team with Daily Tasks
* General reporting on targets and providing information to scheduling leader
* Printing Plans
* Managing the logistics of plumbing services installations on new construction sites
* Scheduling jobs to our in-house tradespeople
* Lodging forms with government authorities
* Calculating charge out rates and preparing invoicing information to clients
* Entering job data in the job management system
Skills & Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience in a labour-based supply & install company an advantage but not a pre-requisite
* Ability to easily build rapport and establish trust with clients
* Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to work methodically, accurately and with rigid timelines
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong PC skills in Word; Excel; Outlook
* Excellent problem solver and ability to manage multiple deadlines and business drivers
