This is your chance to unleash the potential in our colleagues, delivering excellent outcomes for our customers in our CQC registered service Typical day as a Client Services Manager in care Leading our team of supported living workers, youll help us deliver person centred, care packages to our customers who require support with a range of their daily living and personal care needs Work with a range of stakeholders including families, advocates, health and social care partners Youll coach your team and manage individual and team performance, ensuring that high quality care is at the heart of everything they do Youll promote the service, ensuring that its visible and accessible to referring agencies and self-referring customers and promote our brand in the community Youll ensure the quality of the service evidenced by CQC inspections and internal quality audits You will go home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better. Youll join our brand-new team of Support Workers, our Registered Manager Emma and Senior Occupational Therapist Esther, all who come from different walks of life and are here to support you as your make yourself at home. Job Details Flexible working patterns will be available on a rota basis due to the service needing cover 24/7. Customers will be supported 1:1 or 2:1 depending on their needs. Where we are flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion. Able to use technology to update support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues. Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
