Senior IFA Administrator
Manchester (Ultra High net worth Clients)
Salary up to £38,000 (Experience dependant)
Hybrid working (3 days from home)
** 26 days holiday, you will receive an additional days leave on your Birthday, Full exam support, Death in service**
Our client are a highly progressive and buoyant Firm of Independent Financial Planners who maintain an excellent relationship for providing bespoke Financial Advice to their Clients. As a result of their continued ongoing growth and recent promotions an excellent opportunity has become available for an aspiring IFA Administrator to join their organisation. The successful candidate will be working closely with a team of Senior Paraplanners and Financial Planners to provide administrative support.
Responsibilities:
* Processing new business, providing Client illustrations and valuations
* Process Transfers, Top Ups, Withdrawals, Income, Contributions, Fund Switches, Bed & ISA and Protection in an accurate and timely manner and through to completion.
* Complete all relevant Compliance associated
* You will be responsible for supporting dedicated Advisors, which will aid an enhance the Client experience and your knowledge
* understanding of 3rd party providers platforms and processing times
* Managing your individual workload using personal diary system on Client Management to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
* Working and liaising effectively Closely with Director’s and Advisors
* Co-ordination of Advisers Diary, scheduling meetings etc
* Investigate and handle any client/consultant queries
* Manage post relating to new business cases.
* Dealing with client/provider queries over the phone and via email.
* Understand our internal compliance procedures and the requirements of 3rd party providers
* Maintaining client records on back-office system
* Cover receptionist duties such as post, phone calls, greeting clients and dealing with third party suppliers.
