We are currently recruiting for an experienced full-time Lead Regeneration Officer to join our Regeneration and Economic Development team. This is an exciting time for the Borough, with major regeneration programmes in both Nuneaton and Bedworth that aim to create a sustainable and attractive place to live, work, and visit.
As the Lead Officer, you will provide efficient and effective project management which gives reliability of delivery of projects, value for money, and is responsive to the programme’s needs. You will lead on the development and delivery of a revised, clear, and effective communication and engagement strategy for the programme to ensure that key stakeholders and the wider community are actively involved in the programme and support its aspirations and delivery.
To work in partnership to identify and develop potential projects that will deliver economic growth in Nuneaton as part of the Regeneration and Economic Development Programme.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management, stakeholder, and budget monitoring experience. Taking a proactive approach and liaising with partners to work together in achieving the best outcome. You should be able to communicate well at all levels, including the presentation of complex information to a wide and varied audience.
