Camu ‘Mlaen Day Services are currently recruiting for a Project Worker to work within the Camu ‘Mlaen Day Services team.
The post includes supporting young individuals with a person centered approach, co-ordinating and planning activities, supervising team members, attending and participating in multi-agency meetings, co-working with colleagues within the Camu ‘Mlaen project and other agencies.
Camu ‘Mlaen is a provision for young people with severe and complex needs in Ceredigion. This project is a collaborative project that has been developed across School Services, Porth Ceredigion, Porth Cynnal, Porth Gofal, Further Education College Service and Carers Wales.
The focus of the project will be on maintaining person centered provision locally for young individuals within their community.
