Job summary Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in security management? Join our dynamic Estates & Facilities Management team as a Security Team Leader, where you'll lead a team dedicated to creating a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Main duties of the job Provide leadership and oversight for the security team, ensuring 24/7 coverage and rapid response to incidents. Conduct routine patrols and risk assessments to maintain safety and security standards. Support staff in managing and de-escalating aggressive or distressed individuals. Liaise with external agencies such as police and fire services as required. Maintain and analyse security data, including CCTV and body camera footage, adhering to GDPR and Trust protocols.
