Commercial Administrator
Contract position ongoing (views to go permanent)
Salary - £22,000 per annum (£10.58 p/h)
Location: Solihull
Monday to Friday - 40 hours
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company within their National Finance Department. We are looking for a Support Administrator to join their busy team.
Commercial Administrator Responsibilities:
1. Ensure process is followed to ensure Purchase and Sub Contract Orders are processed efficiently.
2. Ensure payment is received in line with the contract agreement and that any queries which are withholding payment are promptly responded to.
3. Proposals – Assist in the valuation and submission of contract variations, maximising both revenue and profit margin.
4. Liaising with Operations in the raising of Sub Contract orders and the administration of Sub Contractors, including checking and approval of valuations and invoices.
5. Working closely with the Help Desk to ensure reactive and remedial works are charged for in accordance with the Contract.
6. Support Area Managers in resolving supplier/Sub Contract issues effectively.
7. Assist the Commercial Manager in the preparation of periodic internal and customer reporting.
8. Work with contract management to develop systems to monitor contract performance.
9. Ensure contract payment terms are followed within the conditions of the contract.
You will be required to meet High Security Checks in order to work on the client premises.
