Help students develop their social, emotional, and academic skills. Deliver structured interventions and contribute to lesson planning. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. What We’re Looking For: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a school setting. A strong passion for supporting students with SEMH and additional needs. The ability to inspire and motivate pupils in alternative learning environments. Flexibility to adapt to different school settings across Lincolnshire. UK-based applicants only.
