A typical day in the life of a Customer Support Advisor: Monitor all the Bannatyne Group social media channels (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) to respond to customer inquiries and complaints, to ensure they are dealt with professionally and promptly. Handle all customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the agreed companies Service Level Agreement (SLA's) expected response time. Coordinate with internal teams across the business to gather necessary information to ensure we can construct accurate and timely responses. Enhance the company's brand image on social media platforms by providing market-leading customer service. Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development activities as and when required. What we are looking for: Previous experience in a customer service role or support role. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail. The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals. Be self motivated and able to work independently. The ability to demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs. Have the ability to adjust to changing priorities and remain flexible in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) It would be desirable if you had previous experience in complaint handling, experience in the health, wellness and fitness industry.
