Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has the flexibility to work a range of shifts. As a Customer Team Member, you'll be an integral part of our store team, working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
* Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Making sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
