Job Title: Paid Media Executive

Job Overview:
Linzi Shoes is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid campaigns across META (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads. Your role will play a pivotal part in driving traffic, conversions, and brand visibility, ensuring that our digital advertising efforts align with Linzi growth objectives. This is a full-time in office role.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
* Plan, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across META, TikTok, and Google Ads.
* Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs.
* Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
Performance Analysis:
* Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring delivery against objectives.
* Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
* Analyse trends, data, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
Content & Collaboration:
* Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and on-brand ad assets tailored to each platform.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align campaigns with seasonal promotions and product launches.
* Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Linzi ahead of the curve.
Platform Expertise:
* Leverage META Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads to execute campaigns.
* Manage audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audience creation.
* Keep up to date with platform innovations to ensure campaigns utilise the latest tools and features.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across META, TikTok, and Google Ads (minimum 2 years).
* Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
* Proficiency in budget management and optimisation strategies.
* Excellent understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and ad personalisation.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative eye for impactful ad content.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience within the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
* Familiarity with the eCommerce platform Shopify.
* Knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid strategies.
* Degree preferred but not essential
