An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Housekeeper at Eastridge Manor, our dementia and nursing home in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.
More about the role:
1. Responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising all cleaning in the home according to company policies.
2. Ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
3. Carry out audits to ensure standards are maintained.
4. Supervise and support the domestic team.
5. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all residents, family, visitors, and colleagues.
More about you:
1. Health and Hygiene Certificate, NVQ in Housekeeping/Cleaning – desirable.
2. Supervisory skills or experience.
3. Experience/knowledge of COSHH.
4. Previous housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential.
5. Have pride in your work and aim to provide a safe and well-maintained home for our residents.
