Electronics Service & Support Manager

Seeking to move into a leadership role, managing a high-performing team that provide high-level support and repairs to complex renewable energy systems?
The company are a fast-growing business (having grown by 30% in the UK in past 12 months) and are seeking to hire an experienced engineer / leader to take responsibility for a team of 5 support and repair engineers.This will involve organising and motivating the team, implementing processes and best practices, and hiring / training of new team members, and acting as a bridge between Services and R&D.
Whilst this is not a hands on position, you will have a strong background in electronic / electrical support and service.You do not necessarily need to have formal management experience to be considered, however you will be ambitious, confident in leading a small team and comfortable in taking on increasing responsibility.
