This role will develop clinical assessment skills, support the development and delivery of psychoeducational groups and workshops. You will support audits and service development projects, build relationships with partner organisations and other community groups.
You will have excellent communication skills and a real interest in and knowledge of working with adults experiencing a range of mental health difficulties and psychosocial problems in a primary care setting. Enthusiasm, confidence and the ability to work flexibly and without close direction are essential.
The Enfield IAPT Team is based at Chase Farm Hospital, Enfield. You may also work from GP practices and in community settings. Currently we are working in a Hybrid way; working remotely with some days in the clinic. You will also be expected to work one evening clinic 12:00 - 20:00.
We will ensure you have a committed team to work with including a peer group of Assistant Psychologists, Psychological Well Being Practitioners, CBT therapists and Counsellors with the opportunity to help us shape and develop the service as it expands.
You will be able to access training and staff development, as well as our robust supervision and governance systems.
This post will report to and be supported by a Senior CBT Therapist.
Facilitating psychoeducational groups and conducting 1:1 review calls with clients who are waiting to access therapy.
Attending weekly groups and individual supervision.
Supporting PWPs with Outreach.
Conducting telephone triages.

This may mean that you are required to work at any location that fall under Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington.
