Excellent organisation and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Good communication skills, comfortable working with various teams and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic business systems. Ability to follow processes and work methodically to support team operations. Main Responsibilities Include: Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team, including (but not limited to) handling reports, emails, and document management. Manage and organise various items and resources. Keep trackers and schedules updated to ensure deadlines are met. Assist with various tasks, research, and preparation. Input and manage data, including updates and performance tracking. Support with basic communication and follow-ups with external parties. Salary : £12.05 per hour / £23,497.50 per annum Contract : Full Time, Permanent. 37.5 hrs per week Hybrid Working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.
