As a Customer Team Leader at Co-op, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering a world-class shopping experience. You will be responsible for leading the store team, coaching and developing colleagues, and managing stock levels. You will also work closely with our Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
