* Is an ECT looking to begin their career in teaching within a supportive school, with a trust who is dedicated to development.

* Is reflective and continually seeks to improve their practice.

* Is an enthusiastic individual who smiles easily, is approachable, and friendly and who can make learning engaging and memorable.
* Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies.
