A&E Nurse Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
* Triage patients efficiently and accurately based on medical urgency.
* Perform advanced clinical procedures such as IV insertion, wound care, and emergency resuscitation.
* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
* Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
A&E Nurse Qualifications:
* Registered Emergency Room Nurse (RN) qualification from an accredited institution.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in emergency medicine.
* Currently a member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) from the United Kingdom.
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
* Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is desirable.
* Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-stress situations.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
