My client based in Heanor is currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and experienced Business Administrator to join our team at the Heanor Site on a 6 - 9 month fixed term contract.
You will be required to work in the office Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00 with a 45 minute lunch break and Fridays 08:30-15:45.
This role will be paid weekly through Manpower at £12.73 per hour.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day admin tasks of the site. This role involves managing phone lines, site visitors, booking/managing travel arrangements, and purchases across the teams.
Your key responsibilities
1. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls, orders, and travel requests.
2. Post: Help with outgoing letters/parcels/samples, and manage incoming post and notifications to recipients.
3. Purchases: Ad-hoc purchases for departments from approved sellers.
4. Customers: Manage aspects of customer visits: site inductions/room bookings/travel arrangements/food bookings.
5. Travel: Manage travel arrangements for various team members.
6. Support: Support team members across all areas of the business and be the point of contact for any queries.
