About The Role
Liverpool Football Club is seeking confident, professional individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Casual Hospitality Host, you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests during match days and events throughout the season.
This role offers the chance to work at one of the world’s most iconic football stadiums, in a supportive and professional team. With casual shifts and complimentary Stagecoach transport on match days. If you have a wealth of experience and a professional, friendly approach, this is a great opportunity to bring your skills to a dynamic environment.
What will you be doing in the role?
1. Conducting ticket checks, bag searches, and security wanding to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
2. Escorting guests to their designated boxes, suites, and tables with professionalism and care.
3. Overseeing guest access at doors, escalators, and lifts to ensure smooth and easy transitions.
4. Collaborating with the management team, stewards, and other safety hosts to ensure efficient operations.
5. Offering a high level of customer service to enhance the guest experience.
We Are Looking For People Who
1. Have excellent communication skills, and a calm and steady approach to challenges.
2. Have a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
3. Have previous experience in front-of-house or customer service role.
4. Take pride in offering a great service and creating a welcoming environment.
5. Comfortable remaining in one position for extended periods during events.

By applying for the position of Casual Hospitality Host with Liverpool Football Club, please be aware that this role requires the completion of a Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety (as per the Sports Grounds Safety Authority), which must be completed within 12 months from the date of your first induction training.

As this qualification is essential for the role, if you are unable to complete it within this timeframe, we may not be able to progress your application.
This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
