As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the interface between the Customer and the Dealerpoint. You will ensure consistently high levels of customer service are provided and will contribute to increased customer satisfaction and ultimately the overall success of the Dealerpoint. As the single point of contact for the customer, you will provide relevant, accurate, and timely information, ensuring that customer expectations are managed at all times.
What you will do:
* Manage the Reception area and be the main point of contact for customers
* Ensure the customer reception area is maintained to a professional standard
* Plan, schedule, and maintain customer service plans and workshop planner
* Confirm and book MOTs, planned and unscheduled work with customers in line with VOSA requirements
* Maintain customer contact, updating the customer, the workshop planner, and any relevant systems before, during, and after any work is undertaken
* Update the customer and workshop regarding contract type
* Prepare quotes, ensuring customer authorization is received prior to work being undertaken
* Liaise and coordinate between customer and workshop on progress and ensure timely authorization of all incremental work is received
* Prepare and provide invoices to customers at the point of vehicle collection, resolving any queries or objections on a timely basis
* Undertake follow-up after service/repair visits to check customer satisfaction
* Carry out any depot administration tasks as required within your role
