JOB PURPOSE Responsible for implementation of macro and micro planning, scheduling and tracking of Terminal projects with reference to the master plan, resources and budget & generate MIS reports. ORGANISATION CHART Key Accountabilities Accountabilities Develop Level 3 project schedules for all projects using Project Management Software with resource allocation and ensure implementation of the same. Coordinate with contractors for completion of daily targets, resource deployment and any other related issues hampering the progress. Develop and update material tracker for all major projects on regular intervals and circulate to all stakeholders for their inputs and actions Track and Monitor terminal projects with respect to master schedule and provide necessary inputs in terms of catchup plans to the respective HODs Periodically update the material tracker and circulate to the stakeholders Generate Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports Coordinate with Individual HODs and integrate the project schedules Participate in project review meetings and circulate the MOM to all the stake holders. Generate MIS reports, presentations Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise the project manager Prepare planned progress and actual progress curves and report to the Project Manager Identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery as well as critical activities Monitor and update the Production Rates. Record work progress and site progress pictures. Provide necessary data (time, production rates, Estimates to Complete) to project team Baseline schedule Update material tracker and provide timely inputs to all stakeholders Update schedule and provide timely inputs to all stakeholders Update schedule and provide timely inputs to all stakeholders Organize regular meeting with all stakeholders to resolve bottle necks EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS Interact with external consultants, vendors / contractors for smooth execution of the projects.
