Role Overview
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Relevant Experience: Prior experience working with students with autism and moderate learning difficulties (MLD).
2. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
3. Behaviour Management Expertise: Skills to create and maintain a calm and productive learning environment.
4. Commitment: A dedication to supporting young people and going the extra mile for their development.
5. Compliance: Ability to provide references and pass a DBS check.
