Our client is seeking a self-sufficient 5-year PQE+ Family Law Solicitor capable of independently managing your caseload, and actively contributing to the development of the Family Department, including participating in business development initiatives.This opportunity is suited to an individual with a comprehensive understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct and Accounts Rules. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and provide exemplary client care. You will be joining a dynamic and collaborative Family Department, where you will be expected to prioritize your own workload while also working effectively as part of a team, providing support to other fee earners when necessary.Exceptional communication skills is essential, and having some experience in a supervisory or management role would be a plus. You should be comfortable using Microsoft platforms and possess solid administrative, typing, and interviewing skills. This role offers a good mix of independent work and teamwork, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth and contributing to the department's success.You will be expected to travel and work between offices in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
