Our well-established client, based in Slough, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the front desk and to deliver a first-class professional customer service to its guests. The successful candidate will be friendly and personable with a good understanding of IT systems. Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm plus benefits. Salary up to £26k depending on experience plus bonus scheme up to £1k per annum. On-site parking. Key Responsibilities: Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner. Handle day-to-day front of house enquiries. Answer the switchboard and maintain a rapid response rate according to the agreed standards. Communicate with clients, suppliers and other members of staff clearly and effectively. Establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, managers and the general public. Prepare meeting rooms and service of refreshments. Handle all customer/ visitor enquiries in a courteous and friendly manner. Keep the reception and common areas clean and tidy at all times. Order and maintain the correct amount of office supplies. Ensure that Health & Safety processes are adhered to. Handle all general admin duties. Participate in Centre tours and become fully aware of our client's products and services. Be willing to get involved with selling our client's products. Key Skills: Reception experience ideal Strong (written & verbal) communication and diplomatic skills. Flexible, self-motivated. Well-presented. Excellent customer service skills. Positive and happy attitude. Attention to detail and extremely well organised. Professional telephone manner. PC literate and knowledge of MS Suite. Excellent team player. Confidence to interact with a range of clients at all levels. The ability to multitask.
